ℵLexis Suites Penang is one of the properties under the Lexis Hotel Group which famous for their Lexis Hibiscus water villa in PD. Lexis Suites Penang is a five-star resort with 222 luxury suites located in the idyllic seaside of Teluk Kumbar at the Pearl of the Orient.Ten minutes’ drive from the Penang International Airport.
There are two types of rooms available in Lexis Suites Penang, one of it is the Executive Pool Suites and another is the Premium Pool Suites. I stayed in one of the much sought-after Premium Pool Suites that is located on the twentieth floor. Offering breathtaking sea view, this upgraded category measures 968 sq ft (89 sq mtr) and features two king beds with floor-to-ceiling glass windows for that spacious, airy feeling. Aesthetically pleasing, each of the suites is enrobed in bright and cheerful tone and equipped with quality furnishings and amenities.
There are so many things I love about this room! One of it will be their signature private pool at the balcony area. Other than the awesome private pool, the room comes with an in-house steam room next to the pool at the balcony area as well. Even though the private pool is located on your very own private balcony, the bathroom in the Premium Suite Room still comes separate rainforest bath, shower, and massive bath tub. The bathroom design was perhaps one of my favourite among the hotels I have stayed so far.
The bathroom is also connected to the bedroom via this walk-in wardrobe which makes it possible to enjoy a hot bath and a cold bedroom without experiencing the sudden change of temperature since you will be able to get dressed here in comfort.
It is located in the midst of residential area out of the town. So, if you are looking for famous street food which most of them located in Georgetown, it may take about 30 mins drive with traffic jam. The nearest mall would be Queensbay mall and is the largest mall in Penang which takes about 10 to 15 mins ride from the hotel if there is no traffic jam. If you are lazy to get out from the comfortable area, Lexis Suites Penang offers a wide selection of cuisine in the hotel itself.
