I couldn't have asked for a better closure for my Greece trip in this luxury property. With its little alleys and boutiques, the whitewashed walls, and beautiful decorated courtyard, Mykonos is one of the most gorgeous island in the Cyclades. Itinerary for Mykonos will be slightly different for us because we wanted to just spend our remaining trip to be relaxed and calm.

Lucky enough we discovered Boheme Mykonos where exactly fit what we looking for : - the combination of the perfect embodiment of a luxurious and pampering vacation while at the same time enjoying a hideaway of our dreams with beautiful beach patios and amazing cocktails that we get to enjoy with a mesmerizing sunsets by the pool.

Boheme is located in the heart of Mykonos and is about 10-minute drive from the airport and port in Mykonos. Unlike other luxury resort I've stayed in the past, Boheme isn't a hotel in a completely secluded location, but is built along the caldera just a stone's throw from the unique Mykonian Windmills and the popular Little Venice. It's ideal if you want to stay somewhere that is more remote and private but still close to restaurants, bars and the city’s Old Port, where you’ll see several of those famous windmills.

One of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World, Boheme is a high-end boutique hotel offers 22 individually decorated room and suites. We were greeted with the magnificent view of the property when we arrived. Immediately, Maria, Boheme Concierge person in charged welcomed us and handed us fresh lemonade and we found our check-in forms and itineraries neatly laid out on the table. Maria with her superb hospitality showed us around the hotel once we completed our initial forms.

The architecture and interior design of the hotel, which are sparkly, modern pendant lighting and cozy seating create a luxurious and noble feeling but also, on the other hand, feels comfortable and relaxed. The decor in the hotel has a lot of white stucco, stone, tile, with a few touches of grey and pastel shades that are exactly what we are looking for!

I’m a big fan of white so this room was perfection with extra little touches like creative lamps and rustic furniture felt elegant and comfortable. The room is an air-conditioned double bedded suite, stylish design, and layout on the sitting area. Spacious terrace or balcony facing the Aegan sea for amazing sunsets with a cup of coffee or breakfast in the late morning.

The lounge area & the outdoor swimming pool

Boheme Mykonos hotel features an outdoors swimming pool, lounge area and sunbathing deck, with a unique sunset view to the island of Delos and panoramic view of the Aegan sea. Trust me, you wouldn't want to miss this picturesque place that is perfect for a laid back afternoon with nice music and the lounge area spotting with colorful cushions, white sunbeds, minimalist wooden decks, and a turquoise pool!

Boheme in-house restaurant is situated by the pool, providing the Mediterranean locally sourced cuisine for lunch and dinner hours. We have our meal in the restaurant throughout our stay in Boheme as the view during the sunset is way too attractive! If you don't want to leave the hotel during lazy afternoon then it's nice to have the option of staying on a sunlounger next to the restaurant/ bar and get your meal served by the pool.

Bilo Bar

If you are not party animal but want to enjoy one or two cups of the cocktail, just hit the Bilo Bar located next to the pool that offers a wide selection of refreshing cocktails and listed wines while enjoying the classy atmosphere in the hotel.

The Spa

The hotel spa is small and beautiful for you to dismiss stress from your body surrendering to personalised treatments in their open plan massage room.

In the spa area, you can find the hotel's fully equipped gym. In addition, the hotel offers a variety of sports activities outdoors in the fresh air, like Yoga, at an additional cost.

The breakfast was simply amazing! We could plan our breakfast order the night before or in the morning and viola it was set up on our balcony every morning which was a lovely way to start the day! Of course, they also served in the hotel's restaurant, which sits right next to the pool that offers a variety of delicacies of all kinds.

Lastly, I would like to thank you the entire team for an incredibly awesome stay and hospitality that keep us felt like home!

What we love the most in Boheme was the insanely fluffy, comfortable bed, which was just about the most blissful thing I have ever slept in. The highlight of the room will be the giant outdoor Jacuzzi on our shady beautiful terrace where you could look across the Mykonos town or Aegan Sea and at night see it all lit up. The best thing you can ask for is the heated outdoor jacuzzi and during our visit in October, weather can be quite cooling so we truly enjoyed our dip in the outdoor heated jacuzzi watching the amazing sunset view with a glass of wine. Sounds like a paradise! (p/s: Mykonos is known for being windy year round, so for those who really love to enjoy dipping in the Jacuzzi definitely a YES to this Bohemian Suite!)
Please give Boheme a try if you are planning your trip to Mykonos and we would certainly return!
